What is holistic coaching?
Holistic coaching is about helping you create the life you truly want—one that feels balanced, meaningful, and aligned with who you are. Like holistic counselling, it looks at you as a whole person—mind, body, emotions, and spirit are all part of the picture. But while counselling often focuses on healing and processing challenges from the past or present, coaching is more forward-focused. It’s about helping you clarify your goals, move past obstacles, and take practical steps toward the future you want to create.
