What is holistic counselling?

In our sessions, we won’t just talk about what’s going on right now—we’ll also explore what might be sitting underneath, and how we can bring you back into alignment. Alongside open conversation, I use tools like mindfulness, breathwork, grounding practices, and other gentle techniques to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more in tune with yourself.
